Postage

Our packaging is custom made for wreaths. This is to ensure safety for your wreath. We offer a flat rate to Ireland at €9. 

Returns

We hope you love your order from Ragged Robin Wreaths. If for any reason you would like to return an item, we are happy to offer you a refund or an exchange within 14 days of receipt of your order. The item(s) must be in new, unused and not damaged with tags attached and in original packaging. Please note we do not issue refunds on gift orders. It is our policy to return goods to the purchaser if we suspect that any item(s) have been used, are soiled, damaged or smell of smoke or any other odour. Following an inspection of the returned goods and after your return has been processed you will be refunded the amount due through the original method of payment, excluding the original postage charge.
